The In Market Activation Lead serves as a team lead for their local market.  Principle accountabilities include: Liaison between client, event coverage & logistics, local market needs, weekly conference calls, daily email checking, recapping, talent booking details, POS & apparel.  The In Market Lead will assist in opening spends, collecting receipts, assigning models to appropriate teams, assuring check in’s photo’s, and working with models in the field in uniform.

The Social Media position is responsible for Creation & scheduling all approved Social Media content and managing all social media outlets, all while staying on top of industry trends and competitive activity. Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Clubhouse & Instagram is required.  Superior understanding of Hashtag usage, experience with programming platforms for all SM channels, is a must as well. The Social Media position will manage and oversee all social accounts, create and post content, and maintain a quarterly plan. In addition to the aforementioned skills, the Social Media chair should posses the skills to gain and keep followers and traction.
